Created from a redeveloped industrial area, Fonderia39 is now the headquarters of the Fondazione Nazionale della Danza Compagnia Aterballetto. The building is reminiscent of a great Romanesque cathedral, with a vast central nave and two side aisles that house rehearsal areas, dressing rooms and a multipurpose space that can be used for exhibitions, conferences and events. The 65-metre-long nave is divided into two sections, and features iron and glass architectural elements throughout the building.
